Canceling renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions. Paddle processes purchases and refunds. Eligibility depends on Paddle’s policy and applicable law; any mandatory consumer rights remain protected.
1. Purchases covered
This policy covers SiteMagnetIQ monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and one-time Lifetime purchases. Our paid plans have no free trial. Check the price and billing interval in checkout before paying.
Paddle is the merchant of record. Its Refund Policy and Buyer Terms govern payment refunds alongside your applicable consumer rights.
2. Refund eligibility
Payments are generally non-refundable unless applicable law or Paddle’s policy provides otherwise. Paddle may consider discretionary requests made within 14 days of a transaction; approval is not guaranteed.
Statutory withdrawal and refund rights vary by location and purchase type. Where applicable, they override this policy. Faulty or materially misdescribed services may also qualify for remedies. Contact us if a technical problem prevents you from using your purchase.
Unused subscription time, renewal charges, and Lifetime purchases are assessed under the same applicable rules. We do not offer a separate blanket money-back guarantee.
3. How to request a refund
Visit Paddle buyer support or follow the support link in your purchase receipt. You can also email [email protected] for help locating your purchase or resolving a service problem.
To help us investigate, include your account email, the purchase date, a transaction or receipt reference if available, and a short description of the issue. Do not send your password or full payment card details. Request help promptly, especially if a legal withdrawal deadline may apply.
4. Stopping future renewals
In your dashboard, open Plans & Billing → Manage payment & invoices, or use the management link in your Paddle receipt to cancel renewal. You can also request cancellation through Paddle buyer support. Lifetime purchases do not renew.
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. It stops future renewal but does not automatically refund a payment. Deleting browser storage or simply stopping use does not cancel your subscription.
5. Approved refunds
Paddle processes approved refunds, normally to the original payment method. Processing and bank posting times vary; refer to Paddle’s confirmation for details. A refund can end access associated with the refunded purchase.
6. Policy changes
The version applicable when you purchased governs that purchase, subject to mandatory law. Save or print a copy for your records. The date above identifies the current version.
